I was lucky enough to experience a quantum flow session with Jesse. I found it to be a wonderful and heart opening practice. Having attended a number of Jesse’s yoga classes I knew that it would be a beautiful experience. I really love Jesses ability to tap into the more subtle parts of practice. His cues are very easy to follow and he holds a really safe space to go deep with breath & energy work. I love his music and his expression in his classes. Dear Jesse, I insist you are the joy of life. In our full Quantum Flow session, you instilled playfulness. You helped me feel alive and a channel of universal inspiration. At the same time you held me in full softness, during an important transition in my life. You created an exquisite container for the dance of Yin / Yang, Feminine / Masculine, being and doing. Allowing your intuition to come through the practice made me feel safe and allowed for a beautiful unfolding to happen. It did not matter that I could not hear the music, because we both danced and jumped around full of vibrancy and flow. :) In the final stage of integration, your guidance sealed the practice with the unquestioning expectation that my intention is already done.
When opening my eyes in the end I saw the visual representation of Yin and Yang, because of the difference in the time-zones and hemispheres. It was getting darker in your part of the world and snow-white in my part of the world. Magical!!!

Loved the quantum flow session with Jesse, it integrates some powerful practices as active meditation, breath work, energy flow and lots of movement which enables you to focus on areas in your mind and body which require softening, flexibility and strength.
